The two were scheduled to appear before a Justice of -the 'Peace yesterday morning, seeking release charges on allegations they kept the two boys in baby cribs converted to cages, allowing them out to attend school. w The man, 49, and his 40- year-old wife cannot be named in order to protect the identity of the two boys.
