From history, biographies and creative writing pursuits, these authors can share their experiences for researching and com- piling their books. From these authors, one will quickly learn that their books were inspired and . developed using a process mixed with a lot of dedication and passion for their sub- jects. Both the Ludlow and Intertype presses produced the local newspaper. The Intertype, for example, is a 1921 model that was in use here until the late 1960s. With Bill's know-how and the Ludlow press (circa 1952), visitors can put their own names in print by creating per- sonalized plates. Also, kids can drop in to our workshops to learn printmaking techniques, such as monoprint and relief print methods.
