Officers responded to a call in the Leaskdale area around 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 4 after a motorist called police on a cell phone, informing them of a possible drunk driver on the road. Cearrleaind Arrives Nov. observed a vehicle matching the motorist"s description around the Regional Rd. Il and Regional Rd. | intersection and pulled it over. The driver failed two breath tests'and was sub- sequently charged. As a result, a 58-year- old Harrison Dr. man will appear in an Oshawa court on Nov. 30, where he will face one count of impaired driving, one count of exceeding the legal blood-alcohol limit and one count of danger- ous operation of a motor vehicle.
