AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the By-Law by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog, not later than the 20th day of July, 2000, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-Law and the reasons in support of the objection. The Township of Scugog has amended the Zoning By-Law to include such matters as: changing the definition of "Yard, Exterior Side" to make provisions for 0.3m reserves to include "Home Industries" in certain zones to include "a personal service shop" as a permitted use in the General Commercial (C3) Zone to change theqparking requirement for commercial buildings cata on the north and south sides of Queen St., between Water & John Sts. to the effect that the parking provisions shall not apply to a change in use provided there are no additions to the building. to change the "Home Occupation" requirements to change the definition of "Warehouse" as it relates to a retail commercial outlet certain technical and housekeeping amendments Copies of the By-Law Amendment are available from the Clerk's Department during regular office hours. Early birds who reg- ister before June 30 pay $125 per golfer, howev- er those who sign up after this date will pay S150 per player. With registration, each play- er is entitled to a $50 tax receipt off their tick- eted price. So don't delay, space is limited to the first 144 regis- tered and paid golfers. A sponsorship opportunity will be available which pro- vides sponsors with the chance to have their name on all future pro- motions provided by the Epilepsy Durham Region Annual Golf Tournament.
