PORT PERRY "WEEKEND STAR" Cubs, Scouts, hold car rally FRIDAY, APRIL 28, 2000 - 29 These guys (above) took home top honors in the Cubs only design class at the annual Cub and Scout Car Rally. In second place with the new TTC bus design was James Hill, 1st Port Perry (left). The winner of the class was Ben Rutlege of 1st Scugog, and in third with an ambulance design that got a lot of attention was Andrew Lane of 1st Port Perry.
