It's All Star Weekend in Little Britain It'll be the stars from the Central League vs the best from the East in Saturday's Junior C tilt Little Britain Community Centre will play host to some of the best Junior C hockey players in the province when the 26th annual All- Star Game is held there Saturday night. The finest players from the Ontario Hockey Association's Central Ontario Jnr. C League will face-off against the best from the east when the Empire B All-Stars pay a visit on Jan. 8. The Central All-Stars will then travel to Campbellford for a return matchup on Sunday afternoon. The annual skills competition will kick-off the evening at 7 p.m., with the game beginning an hour later. Representing the Port Perry MoJacks will be goaltender Jeff Mackie, defenceman and captain Jeff Clarke, and centre Adam Metheral. Playing in the game before their home crowd will be Merchants's rightwingers Jeremy Farr and Kevin Ray, centre Martin Clancy, defence- man JR Purdy, and leftwinger Jon Perrin. : Making the trip from Uxbridge to represent the Bruins will be goal- tender lan Watson, leftwinger Allan Racette, and centre Kevin Vandergest. The remainder of the roster will be filled out by members from the Lakefield Chiefs, Georgina Ice, and Bobcaygeon Bullets. Callery & Associates 2 vs. Taylor Fuels 4 Brian Till opened up the scoring for Taylor as he netted the first 2 goals with Colin Wackett picking up 2 assists and Dave Mann picking up a single. Then it was Callery & Associates who responded with two goals from Rick Campbell and Jim Beatty. Callery assists went to Steve Conners, Mike McQuade and Rick Hope. But Taylor proved too strong as they scored twice more to pick up the win. Rob . Kroonenburg and Brad Hurst were the goal scorers while Ken Little picked up the lone assist. Monsma Electric 3 vs. K.C.I. Gas Bar 3 Jerett lead the way with 3 points as Monsma and K.C.l. skated to a 3-3 tie. Scugog Hockey League results Monsma scorers were Ricky Olaisen Jr., Brad Meekins and Ed Olsen while Jack Monsma, John Mackey, Duane Bronson and Rick Penstone picked up assists. Jerett Harman had 2 goals while Phil McBride netted a single for K.C.1. Assists on those goals went to Jim Duncan (2),.]Jerett Harman, Phil McBride and Chris Brain.
