Cold Creek had some great players on their team and they worked very hard. The Port Perry girls were thrilled to have a win. Local girls on the team are Jamie Steranka, Nicole McGarry, Ashleigh Sandiford, Courtney Ristow and Samantha McDonald from Greenbank. ~ Way to go girls. The team is looking for- ward to a tournament soon in Campbellford. Good luck to three Seagrave boys, Nick Leveille, Kyle Blair and Michael Cooke who along with their teammates on the Mariposa Peewee AE team are starting their playoffs this week. Their 'Seagrave Ann Sandiford first round is the best three out of five against Sterling. Good luck to the team. Congratulations to Alex Ingram and Sylvia Reyonds who were married on Saturday, Jan. 13 at Wesley United Church in Amherstburg, Ontario. Best wishes is extended to the couple from the Seagrave community. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Charlie Short who fell and broke his hip last Thursday, Jan. 18, which was Charlie's birthday. He is in Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Clarke and Lillian Ross are home after an extended visit with their granddaughter, Kathy and Darrel Clement and family in British Columbia. Good luck to the high school stu- dents who are writing exams over the next couple of weeks. Happy birthday to Brandon Puckrin who celebrates a special birthday next Sunday.
