wk PORT PERRY STAR - Tuesday, August 15, 2000 - 9 abt Port Perry barber Rick McCoshen lent his services to the Scugog Shores Museum last weekend during the first-ever Good Old Fashioned Fun Days event. Taking up Mr. McCoshen"s offer of a half-price hair cut was six- year-old Cody McArthur of Ajax. Other activities at the event included stilt-walking,. which was tackled by Xander Huggins, 6, of Seagrave, with a little help from his father, Rob. Scugog Shores Historical Museum Good Old Fashioned John Stewart of Port Perry got in on a little horse-shoe action at the Scugog Museum on Sunday (Aug. 13), and Scugog Island's Bill Cook had some fun volunteering his time looking after the nail- driving contest. Photos by Chris Hall There were plenty of treasures in the costume trunk, some of which were found by Port Perry's Meghan Baptista, 8, who took the role of Little Red Riding Hood, and her friend Rebecca Wilson, 9, who found the bear costume to be just the right size.
