Vandals target Palmer Park washrooms Public washrooms in Palmer Park were the target of vandals last weekend. Durham Police report that sometime between 7 a.m. on May 13 and 7 a.m. on May 14 vandals entered the washrooms and smashed toilets, urinals and sinks. They also ripped hand-dryers off the walls. Damage is estimated in excess of $5,000.
