Snowmobile stolen from front yard of home Durham Regional Police are on the hunt for a 1997 Polaris Storm after it was stolen from the front yard of a Regional Rd. 21 address. Sometime around 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 19, the sled was chained to a hydro pole at the front of the property and was marked for sale. At that time, a friend of the owner was driving by the address when he noticed three men by a newer model pickup truck in the area. The truck was parked on the shoulder and the truck was pointing east, say police. When the friend turned around and came back to the home, both the truck and sled were missing. The suspects' truck is described as green and champagne with a high-rise cap and is possibly a 4x4, police say. The sled weighs approximately 600- pounds and would require the strength of about three men, say police. It was dragged along the lawn, up a ditch and into the truck. The sled is valued at around $10,000. 1958 PORT PERRY CURLING CLUB ./0$ DR.
