Jon Waite, owner of Sled Heads and Soft Tails on Water St., said a charge of serving liquor to an intoxi- cated person was withdrawn by the Crown when he made a court appear- ance in Whitby last week. Another charge, which alleges some- one in the tavern was wearing motor- cycle gang paraphernalia in contra- vention of the bar's license, will be heard early next year.
