The co-operative had another banner year of sales and service revenue at $22.3 million and income before taxes of $1,114,300. At the meet- ing, members will be asked to approve a patronage rebate of a record $437,000. The meeting will start with a banquet. Humorist Eleanor Wood will be'the after dinner guest speak- er. Members will also be asked to elect three direc- tors for two-year terms. Standing for re-election are President - Neil Raines, and directors Kenneth Tamlin and Howre Herrema. Tickets are $10 per person and available from the Sunderland or Oakwood locations of the co-operative, or through any director.
