Ladies "A" Ajax United 2 Scugog Mr. Sub 3 Scugog ladies enjoyed their first triumph of the season last week with a tight win over Ajax. Sara Cosway netted the first goal of the game on a through ball from Amy Davidson. Mr. Sub then increased their lead when Emily Cosway strategically placed a shot against an aggressive Ajax goalie. Jennifer Dauqael of Ajax narrowed the gap with a goal from within the six yard box. The next goal of the game was achieved on a nice corner from Sara Cosway which Cortney Palleske managed to get her head on. The final goal resulted off an Ajax corner - Missy Desroches had a quick one-timer off the kick. Excellent work to all ladies. Team members that deserve a pat on the back are Sara Cosway, Emily Cosway, Carolyn Allen, Christa Kooger, Rhonda Dirkse, Joslynn Dicks, Yvette Hamelinck, Heather Bredin, Amanda Wakeford, Jennifer Kidd and Yvonne Sikma.
