We will be meeting with township personnel at the Vendrig's home and then visiting the site of the proposed development. If anyone has any concerns over this development this is a very important meeting to attend. Barry and Betty Ann Martin, who used to live in Seagrave, recently trav- elled from Victoria B.C., with their sons Cameron (nine) and Stewart (five), to visit with Clarence and Gretel Cameron of Robinglade. Happy birthday this week to Jesse Nobbs, Peter Seagrave by Ann Sandiford and Shirley Dellaas, Ryan Ose, Lee-Ann Wray and Janet Vendrig. Seagrave Church News Rev. Carson's sermon on the last Sunday in the Season of Easter was "What is the Oneness that Jesus talks about." Although the world wants security on its own terms, we must accept the world on Jesus' terms. Where there is tension between people; may we become one. Next Sunday, May 31 will be the Seagrave in question tonight Church Anniversary ser- vice at 11 a.m. Jay King will be the guest soloist. Following the service a church picnic will take place at the homes of Don Beacock and John Kent on Isabella Street, north of the church. The annual Seagrave Church yard sale will be on Friday, June 19. This year it will be on the prop- erty of Larry and Jacqui Beamish at 2 River Street at the south entrance to Seagrave off of Durham Road 2 (Simcoe St.). Congrats to the Aldreds on their 50th Congratulations and best wishes are extended to Joan and Cam Aldred who celebrated their 50th anniversary on Saturday.
