The joint Pinedale and Seagrave choir sang the anthem "Why does my Savior Weep?" The Rev. Carson gave a sermon on "The Silent pon- dering of Good Friday." At the end of the service the congre- gation sat in semi darkness contemplating the tragic dark- ness of the crucifixion. Then each extinguished a Christ candle before departing in silence.
