They will be at the Com- munity Centre at Scugog Arena next Friday (Oct. 4) at 7:30 p.m. Emmanuel Pentecostal Church is hosting the event which will feature David speaking, Norma Jean singing and several local people sharing per- sonal stories of triumph over adversity. Also fea- * tured musically are Carl Friedrich, Heather McCullough (who has just taped a new CDsn Nash- ville), and the Emmanuel Praise singing group. Although Emmanuel is hosting the David Mainse evening, it is being held in the Community Centre to accommodate everyone from the area who would like to meet David and Norma Jean. Admission is free. Millions of people the world over have come to love David and Norma Jean through their daily Christian television pro- gram, 100 Huntley Street, which is seen throughout Canada and the United States and many parts of Europe.
