The main concern of council are the portable and mobile signs showing up throughout the town- ship, which cause a prob- lem for motorists. Council is looking spe- cifically at those signs placed anywhere where they interfere with traffic, such asin parking lots, en- trances, exits and on boulevards. Council has received several complaints lately from motorists due to such signs, who say they cannot see oncoming traffic prop- erly because of the signs. Because many of the signs in question are in the downtown core, coun- cil is also asking for the Scugog Chamber of Com- merce and the BIA to take an active part in offering input on the bylaw. m---------- ata ™\ \ © WARNING UNSAFE FOR BATHING J.
