Seagrave Church News In spite of the wet weather, the church yard and bake sale on Friday and Saturday was a success once again. Many thanks to all who donated items and baking and those who helped in any way. The UCW Church service on Sunday was led by Margaret In- gram, assisted by Eleanor Stur- man and Donna Sweetman who read the scriptures. Five of the choir ladies sang "Take Jesus With You". Mrs. Joyce Junkin of Bobcaygeon was the speaker. She is treasurer of Lindsay Presbyterial UCW. In her talk, she combined the women's work in the church with Father's Day and the family. Lillian Ross thanked her for the message she brought to the congregation and the many suggestions to help solve any problems which may arise in UCW groups. Next Sunday, Rev. David Shepherd will be in the pulpit, at 9:30 a.m. regular service time. For the next week's column, please call Ann Sandiford at 985-9440. Ann will pass the news back to me again as Kim Blakley is taking a sabbatical from writing, but promises to keep me well informed on any news bits for the column. Thanks for all your help, Kim.
