I was sorry to disappoint you last week, but sometimes na- ture catches up to us and we need physical care for awhile. I do thank people for the con- cerns and enquiries or gifts, it did give me a chance to visit friends like the former Ruby (Brown) Slute, Amanda Red- man, Lenore Blueman, Meta (Miller) Howsam, and Ivan Par- kinson (former high school teacher). We were almost glad to be there for Mother's Day to enjoy the gifts of flowers, special luncheon trays decorated by t- tle favors made by little chil- dren of the Catholic school and alittle nosegay by the hospital.
