Back to Main Street and there is Selim Starks' general store and his store is up to date in every way. He also has the mail service and bus line to Picton every day with a good careful driver. Then we have the Marysburgh telephone office owned by Reid and Johnston and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Glen McQuoid. Next we have Dave Pounders store, up to the minute in every way and doing a good business. Then we have the Post Office run by Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Ellis. Around this corner on King Street, we have Cecil Bongard, another fish dealer, with his big ice house. From there to the corner we have George Low- ery, another blacksmith and one of the best horse- shoers around. On Queen Street we have Ernie Brown, carpenter and contractor, who also sells roofing.
