This zoning is for a tourist commercial use. In my experience, bylaws for these sites normally in- clude the "limitations". In terms of halting future ex- penditure of tax dollars to resolve some of the poten- tial issues that have been raised, I think these items must be covered off and the site plan be complete when it is voted on again at Council. Finally, and on a totally different note, I want to thank the Recreation Committee for all their work in providing activities for our entertainment.
