Wish it would freeze up so we would have skating. John Loney over here to night him and Dan traded razors. Jake come out and Pa come home with him Ma stayed back with Lib. Th. 23 Archie and I went back with Jake. I took the team and waggon so as to help Jake move. It was a lovely day but the roads where very rough. Fri. 24 Jake and I each took a load of feed out to the Johnson place got back about 8 oclock finding Dav Clark and wife at Jake's visting. Sat. 25 Loaded our waggons for monday morning. It was a lovely day froze last night quite hard. Sun. 26 At Jakes yet. Rained some to day. Archie went over to D Clarks. Lib is very anxious to move and Ma is getting quite uneasy wants to get home. Mon. 27 Jake took a load of feed and I took a load of grain and some furniture out to the Johnson place. Nobody there and the house locked up. We went and stayed all night with Nelse Ostrander. Tu. 28 Went back to Jakes from Nelse Ostrander roads very rough.
