Through a local connection, we are giving 6 large quilts to an Afghanistan father, who has work in Toronto, and his eight children - aged 6 years to 16 years. Due to diffi- culties in Afghanistan, his wife is not allowed to come to Canada. He is working very hard to get a Visa for her to join he and his family. We would also like to thank everyone who has donated sheets, blankets, etc. to enable us to proceed with this ~N worthy cause. Please accept our heartfelt thanks from the B Friendship Circle.
