In co-operation with the Hon. Lyle Vanclief, MP, and Mayor James Taylor, the Council arranges for showings of works by local artists in Mr. Van- clief's Belleville office and in Shire Hall, the municipal government office in Picton. Don Pinder is a resident of Wellington and a gradu- ate in Graphics Design from the Ontaric College of Art and an A.O.C.A. He is currently involved in graphic and logo design and painting in mixed media. His work has been the subject of individual shows in galleries and restaurants and he has received awards in a number of juried shows.
