To Excercise or Not to Excercise That is the Question Try Tai Chi Muscles not as imber as they used to be? ....old bones creaking? ..want to exercise but hate to do it alone? ....your doctor suggests some gentle exercise would do you good. But you don't feel like driving to Picton, Belleville or Napanee to get into a group. Well we've got justthe thing for you, and right here in South Marysburgh. A Tai Chi group meets each Thursday evening at 7 for an hour of exercise and encouragement, at the hall at Mount Tabor Playhouse. The group is led by Gerry and Bon Putman, Gall Richardson and Jim Labreton, who have volunteered to demonstrate the basics of Tai Chi. They have all studied Tai Chi for several years as students of a master in Belleville and are passing on some of what they are learning. Tai Chi is the type of exercise that will gently stretch muscles back into better working flexibility. It is suitable for all ages and for all levels of fitness and needs no special equipment or clothing. If you are thinking of coming out, wear loose, comfort- able clothing in which you can move freely. Betherea7 p.m. and be prepared to spend an hour of healthy fun, in a friendly group.
