Come to the FAIR Milford Fair has been held continuously since its reinstatement as a fair in 1945, making this year its 55th. Each year has had its special attractions, with changes being made as new ideas occurred to the members of the Fair Board and the community. This year's fair will be no less unique It will be held on Saturday, 15th September, at the fair grounds in Milford, with the gate opening at 9:00 2am. The morning will give you a leisurely opportunity to examine the Quinte Fly Wheel Club display, ask questions about their exhibit and watch the various pieces of equipment work, or have a look at the model railroad display in the hall back of Mount Tabor Playhouse. There will be food concessions, enough to please the taste of everyone, from the Junior Farmers to the Fair Booth, to the Lion's Club. For those addicted to candy floss and pop corn, there will even be some of that. The parade will leave the marshaling grounds at South Marys- burgh School, promptly at 1:00 p.m. Those interested in entering the parade should be at the school, no later than 12:30, to allow time for the parade to be organized (horses Fair (contd pg 2) Number 5
