Of course, this event is about the taste of maple in all its glori- ous forms - sugar and syrup and taffy, and about the crisp air of early spring and the pleasure of escaping to the outdoors. Because we believe this event also has a strong visual appeal, the Art at the Regent Committee invites local artists to participate in a Maple in the County exhibit at the Regent Theatre. The show, which will run from February 14 to April 30, is open to all media. If you have a work that captures any aspect of this event - maple harvesting, county scenes, or abstract works that express the season or the feeling, and would like to display at the Regent Theatre, we need to hear from you.
