Mac Hubelit enjoyed the Christmas holidays with his daugther Maxine Wahl and family, and son Lionel Hubelit and family in Wawa, Ont. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kenney spent Christmas with Mr. Kenney's 91 year old mother at Elgin, Ontario before wintering in Texas and Mexico. , Miss Camilla Todesco spent Christmas with her mother Mrs. Anne Todesco 'and planned a New Year holiday with friends in Porto Rico. Miss Lorraine Seppala and Floyd Harnden planned a Christmas holiday with her Mother Mrs. Esther Seppala in Thunder Bay. Peter Gerow of Toronto spent the festive season with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Gerow and sister Cathy. Mrs. Olive Cherutti of Thunder Bay had her sister Mrs. Eileen here for the holidays. Miss Judy Taylor of Brimley, Mich spent the holiday season with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hubelit. The Pat Leisander family spent the Christmas vacation with their son David and family in Thunder Bay. Mrs. Gwen Llewelyn has left to visit relatives in Sudbury. Mrs. Dave Mushquash and son Hilton were Thunder Bay visitors during the week. Mrs. Emma Molinski, sons Lorne and Michial are holidaying with relatives in Thunder Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Chas Henderson spent the Christmas weekend with relatives in Thunder Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Mushquash expected their daughters Agnes and Lauri-Anne home from Thunder Bay and their cousin Margaret Moonias of Geraldton to be with them for the holiday season. At the Youth Club's annual meeting in December, arrangements were made to hold a Christmas party for the children of the village. Candy and nuts were distributed by Santa Claus to the children. Christmas carols, readings and recitations will be presented by the children. The president Alfred Ray was busy managing the entertainment which will be followed by a teen dance.
