The purpose of enacting new general by-laws is to conform to the provisions of the new Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act 1976, and to take advantage of new provisions in the Act. The Guide Company held a successful candy blitz and are pre- sently circulating Regal catalogues for Xmas orders with pro- fits going toward their Special 25th Year Project. Working with the Guides are Marilyn Saraanpaa, Pam Jones and Jeaneen Sawyer. Rangers and Cadets are under the leadership of Cathy Geldreich and Theresa Roberts.
