When' we're sad and Idnesly And everything goes wrong, We seem to hear you whisper, "Cheer up and carry on" ' Each time we see your picture You seem to smile and say, "Don't cry, I'm only resting, We'll meet again some day." How |ittle we thought that morning What sorrow the day would bring When your heart of gold stopped beating Though you didn't know a thing. It broke out hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone For parts of us went with you The day God called you home Loved and sadly missed by Mom and Dad Doug and Cindy FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOLS Dr. and Mrs. J. Willke - Date Friday, November 10th; Time = 1 p.m.; Place - St. Martin School, Terrace Bay. Dr. and Mrs. J. Willke are uniquely qualified to speak on Family Life Education in the schools, both because of profes sional scredentials and also because of the deep love and joy they share in an exceptionally good marriage. Both are gradu- ates of the University of Cincinnati; she, from the College of Nursing and Health, and he, from the College of Medicine. Mrs. Willke taught progessionally for five years before a fulltime career of wife and mother. Dr. Willke, a practicing physician for over 20 years, has devoted much of his time to teaching and family counselling. They are parents of six children ranging in age from 6 to 20 and have had several older foster children. Acting as consultants to school districts throughout the United States and Canada, the Willke's travel widely. On an average year, they will speak in 40 cities, face over 50,000 people, and appear on over 100 television and radio programs. Articles have appeared in more than 20 publications throughout both countries. Their books and records are products of their extensive ex- perience, independent research and study, and reflect an accu-- rate knowledge of a cross-section of the country. They usually | speak to major groups of parents and teachers, but also to stu- dents and other professional medical groups. Members and consultants to local, state, and national organ- izations, they have been nominated for the White House Con- ference on Children. Dr Willke has four years as a school board member. They are also board members of the Cincinnati Health Association and are past chair couple of the Cincinnati Family Life Bureau.
