'I WEEKLY REPORT FITNESS TESTING: A reminder that the Ontario Fitness van will be in Terrace Bay from October 16th to 20th and the Recreation Office is tak- - ing names of persons wishing to have a fitness evaluation. Phone the Recreation Office for further details regarding fee, etc. SPORTS TRAVELCADE: d The Ontario Sports Travelcade will be in Terrace Bay on September 9th, 10th and 11th and will be located at the Lake Superior Public School grounds in Terrace Bay. The Travelcade will be open to the public from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each evening. The Travelcade has books and pamphlets on all aspects of sport. There is no admission cost and people are invited to orowse through. YOUTH BOWLING LEAGUE: It is the intention to form a youth bowling league in Terrace _ Bay this winter. We are'interested in knowing how many children (7years to 14) and teenagers (15 to 18 years of age) would like to enter this league and how many adults would be willing to coach teams and operate the league. There will be a fee in con- nection with this league. GYMNASTICS PROGRAMME: ; The Terrace Bay Recreation Department is now making arrange- ments to operate a gymnastics programme for girls 6 to 13 years of age. MWe are in need of some volunteer instructors and if you have had experience in gymnastics, would you please notify the Recreation Office. As soon as a school gym has been booked and the programme is set, registrations will be taken. RINGETTE CLINIC: | INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC Interested in learning how to play an instrument or improving upon your present musical ability?
