Debbie's design was chosen from among entries by the six divi- sions representing the Superior District. The crest; bearing the inscription Superior Division L.A, Cadets, depicts a camp- fire with brown firewood to represent brownies, and blue, red and yellow flames for guides, rangers and cadets respectively.
