Mr, Danny O'Mara, Assistant to the Administrator, was authorized to attend a McMaster Seminar from May 27th to June 1st, 1978, all expenses paid. This is part of the Corres- pondence Course that he is taking at McMaster University. Mr. Milton J, Vibert, Administrator, informed the Board of the upcoming Regional Meeting to be held in Fort Frances this year and any Resolutions for the Annual Meeting to be held in September will be dealth with at this meeting, The Board is primarily interested in receiving some relief for the Residen- tial Care Resident who must pay the full Per Diem Rate. He also reported that the decision of the Labour Relations Board ciated and it was also suggested to the Administrator that it be carried out during Senior Citizens Week. Communications had been received from Longlac that Mr. Thomas Beaton was elected to fill out the term of Mr. Don Rice, who recently resigned from the Board.
