Aguasabon District began Scout=Guide week with the 24th Guide and Brownie Banquet. The highlight of the banquet oc- curred when Ranger Guider Cathy Geldreich presented Ranger Tracy Stachiw with the Canada Cord - the highest award of the Girl Guide programme. Tracy received a Ranger ring from the Ranger-Cadet Co., a Canada Cord pin from the Guide Co. and a rose from each of the Brownie packs. A presentation of a Guide and Brownie teaspoon to Mrs.' Bernice Pytyck for many years of service to the Local Associa -tion to Guides and Brownies was made by Mrs. Vicki Kostiuk. Brownie Pack 1 sang an action song "This Little Brownie", Pack 2 portrayed a mischievous Brownie in "Do's and Dont's of an Outdoor Adventure", the Guides enacted a play as part - of their history badge "How Girl Guides Began", and the Ran- gers and Cadets led the audience in two Tively numbers.
