The Loyal Order of Moose will sponsor a Bingo on Thursday, March 9th at the Moose Hall, Terrace Bay. ROSSPORT SOCIAL Mrs. Lillian Schelling and Mrs. Anne Todesco have returned from the McCausland Hospital, Terrace Bay. Peter Gerow and his sister Cathy, Joseph Campbell and his sister have returned from a-ho¥day in Florida. While motoring there, they were delayed owing to the heavy snowstorms in the central states causing road blocks. Adolph King has arrived after spending the winter with his son Peter and family in Espanola. Mrs. Hilda Mushquash is visiting her son Peter and wife Toni} in Sioux Lookout. ; Mr. and Mrs. Walter were Thunder Bay visitors during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hubelit were Thunder Bay visitors, as was Eugene Gerow. CHIMO CLUB MEETING Mrs. Helen Wallace, presiding for the February meeting of the Chimo Club in Schreiber, welcomed Simon Hoad, of Thunder Bay and Norman Norris, Schreiber Parks and Recreation director as guests. Mr. Hoad, representative of the New Horizon program, described various crafts sponsored by Confederation College and explained grants available through the New Horizons. Mr. Norris mentioned several courses already taken locally and others in "the planning stages. A two minute silence was observed in memory of the late Lester McCuaig, the club's first president. Draws were won by Helen Wallace, Nim Wallace and Winnie Campbell. Following the meeting, Tom McGrath, local photographer, showed slides of scenes "in the Schreiber area. His presentation was very much enjoyed. * The room was decorated in the Valentine theme and several games of shuffle board were played. The lunch table was centred with cake brought by Mrs. Mary Chadwell, decorated by her daughter, Mrs. Scott. BRIDGE CLUB Sunday evening was a very successful Bridge night with sixteen pairs attending. Winners in the n/s division were D. & T. Conklin first, Go Mullins and M. Simon second, L. Fraser and F. Zydarewicz third. In the e/w section H. & M. Wallace first, A. & F.
