ENTRE SIX - VERY MUCH ALIVE: Thursday of last week, Terrace Bay/Schreiber residents viewed a spirited and engaging young dance company from Montreal in an evening of comedy, satire and abstract dancing. The program included a few works which have been in the _ company's repertoire almost from the start including a trio of selected excerpts from their children's show ... the Rus- sian Scherzo and Fireworks both to the music of Stravinsky and the Blue Danube, the hilarious acrobatic monkey dance, with which Jacques Drapeau and Francois Beaulieu effortlessly bring the most audience appeal. All of the choreography is by the company's owner, Mr. Lawrence Gradus. He is clearly a choreographer of ori giaality asking his troupe to perform very difficult physical feats, a, wi th soaring leaps and dangerous lifts. At times with men partnering men. At times his movements are not far removed from circus acrobatics but they are done for their cham and originality rather than merely their cleverness. To PU 3 ee
