This involves a knowledge of chords and their use, the mechanics of playing a ukulele, and the ability to sing while accompanying oneself. - EXTENDED SIDE-VIEW MIRRORS LIMITED TO TWELVE INCHES TORONTO - The Ministry of Transpertation and Communications announced today a new regulation limiting the size of side mirrors on motor vehicles, other than commercial vehicles. * Under the regulation, no driver may operate a motor veh- icle on the highway with outside mirrors extending more than twelve inches from widest part of the vehicle, except when towing another vehicle or trailers The regulation came into effect Jan. 1, 1978, and is aimed at preventing needless accidents caused by motorists leaving extended mirrors on their vehicle when not towing a wide trailer.
