The funeral of the late Mr. Rene Leclair of Terrace Bay, age 63, who passed away on December 25th, was held on December 28th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Martin Roman Catholic Church. Interment was in Terrace Bay cemetery. Rene was born in Campbellton, New Brunswick]. and is survived by his wife Yvonne; daughters Rhea (Mrs. Arthur Beaulieu, Terrace Bay); Lillian of Thunder Bay; sons John of Terrace Bay and Gordon of Thunder Bay; and seven grandchildren; five brothers - Hubert, Alphonse, Gerald, Alonzo and Rolland all of Kapuskasing. He was predeceased by his parents, one brother - Donat and two sisters. Pallbearers were: Art Connors, Wally Shynkaryk, Joe Szpak, Alphonse Theriault, Joe Desaulniers and Jack Richardson. Honorary pallbearers were brothers of the Moose Lodge. They will be in Terrace Bay on March 13th.
