JANUARY 5, 1978 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 14 SCHREIBER ARENA BUILDING FUND COMMITTEE On Thursday, December 15, 1977 the committ- ee met at the Lake Superior Public School Lib- rary to plan the strategy for canvassing the community. Those there went through the 1976 voter's list and each took several people to contact for funds. : ! Each person will give a receipt for the funds received then turn these into the recrea -tion or municipal office. From there all cheques and receipts will be cross checked and deposited with treasurer Aurel Gauthier. An official receipt will then be issued to persons from the municipal office. The canvassers will be contacting those names on their lists between Dec. 16, 1977 and the end of January 1978. : Senior Citizens and pensioners are NOT to be approached, however, if these people wish to donate they nays do so at the municipal of- fice. A figure of $300.00 is being asked for by each wage earner in the community.
