AUGUST 17, 1977 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 17 GREENSHIELDS : THe funeral of the late Seymour Wellington (Wally) Greenshields, of Schreiber, whose death, at the age of 72, occurred on August 5, 1977 in Thunder Bay Hospital, was conduct- ed on August 8th in the Sargent Funeral Chapel Thunder Bay, by the Rev. Russell Peded, with Mrs. P. Jordoan as organist. : The service was followed immediately by cremation. Mr. Greenshields' immediate survivors are his wife, Phyllis; two sisters - Mrs. Myrtle 'Robinson and Mrs. Freda Devine, of Flin Flon, Man.; a brother - Lester of Victoria, B.C.; several neices and nephews and a step- ' daughter - Mrs. Morgan McGregor of Newburg, Ontario. ; Among those attending the funeral service "were Mrs. Margaret Godin, Mr. Leonard Godin, Mrs. Robert Winters, Mrs. Gus Krause, Mrs. Freda Duggan,- Mrs. Martha Huller of Schreiber; "Mrs. Clay Cummine of Sioux Lookout; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Waloschuck, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Smith, Mr. and "Mrs. Einar Gustafson of Thunder Bay. Mr. Greenshields was born in Binscarth, Manitoba. He came to Schreiber and worked on the highway survey project. He entered the C.P.R. service as a fireman in 1941, later being promoted to engineman. He retired on January lst, 1971.
