Some of the guests attending Holy Angels School Open House were: Schreiber; Director of Education, P.M. Gillen and Rev. Robert Moore, who was filling in for vacationing pastor, Rev. F.J. Meyer. Over one hundred and twenty-five visitors came from Schreiber, Terrace Bay, Rossport and Pays Plat. Visiting music specialist, Betty Hanley was popular with the visitors, many of whom could be seen toe-tapping and singing along with the children. Besides the kindergarten and primary grades, always favourites with school visitors, the physical education program was well observ -ed throughout the day. ; Grade eight pupils provided coffee and qui ded tours for the parents and visitors, and in spite of the unusual 'activity in the classr ooms, pupils carried on their regular activities as they would on a normal school day. Open House was one of the events of Education Week, April I7 - 23. lar over the last few years that it has been held that part of Education Week's activities.
