Chili was cooking, hot dogs simmering and mouth watering desserts waiting at the "Klon- ' dike lunch", and then the Terrace Bay 6th Winter Carnival Klondike days were cancelled due to the weather. Rain fell all day, but many people braved the elements and ate out at the Church. A crowd gathered and all the prepared food was sold, much to the delight of the Ladies Aux- iliary who appreciated the support and friend -ship that blossomed on such a rainy day.
