Bill Hanley reported to Council that sever- al people would like to buy lots of Block C, the area between the residences of M. Simmer and B. Cebrario on Lakeview Drive. Block C was originally zoned as a green belt but could be divided into four lots. The residents on Lakeview would like the area to remain as a green belt. Council tab- led the decision for later consideration if the influx of residents warranted the need for new lots. Council has saved $23,487.00 from the sale of lots on Lakeview and this revenue will re- main in a separate account to finance the pur- chasing of two Police residences. : A payment of $649.81 was authorized to the Sales Tax Consultant who went through the Town Council Books and saved the Town $1298. on Sales tax charged to them throughout the year. continued page 3 Tr
