MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURSES Tender TER 3-71 Equipment for Road Construction Tenders are requested for the following equipment for road construction in the Terrace Bay Forest District during the 1977 season. All equipment must be in first class mechanical condition. 1. Road Bed Construction 3 --- 270 net HP Bulldozers with straight tilt blade, winch, approved canopy and power- shift. : 1 - Grader 125 HP with 14' mold board and front pusher blade. 1 - Crawler type back hoe minimum 5/8 yard bucket. 1 = Airtrack rock drill with minimum 600 c.f.m. compressor with operator. 2. Road Gravelling . 1 - Wheeled Loader minimum 4 yard bucket. 1 - Spreader Tractor 180 net HP with straight tilt blade and powershift. 6 - Tandem trucks 12 yard capacity or greater fo be quoted on hourly and yard mile basis. Work is ecpected to commence on or about June 1st, providing funds are allotted to this project. Tender forms and contract details can be obtained from K.E.
