NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE: The Recreation Office has received informa- tion on a Leadership Institute which will be held at the North Shore Motor Hotel in Thunder Bay from March 9th to 13th. This Institute is designed to assist community leaders and in- structors of adults in the development of the teaching skills and leadership techniques they require to effectively fullfil their role. This Institute is open to anyone 19 years of age of over who are either community leaders (i.e., members of recreation committees, vol- \ unteer members of organizations, members of municipal councils, etc.) or instructors of adults. Registration fee is $25.00 and you imust register by February 28th. Contact the Recreation Office for further information. Sunday, February 27th - Interfaith Service for Guides and Brownies, St. Martin's Church, at' 6:00 p.m. 4 Monday, February 28th - The meeting of the L.A. to Guides and Brownies ordinarily held on the 3rd Monday has been postponed until Monday, February 28th, at 7:30 p.m., Community Church Basement. Friday, March 4th - Women's Inter-Church Council of Canada World Day of Prayer, Terrace Bay Community Church at 2:00 p.m. March 10th - 13th - The 6th annual Terrace Bay Winter Carnival.
