ARENA OPENING DELAYED DUE TO.REPAIRS: Due to the present repairs being carried out in the Terrace Bay arena to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Labour, the start-up of the ice plant. and consequently the operding of the arena will be delayed somewhat., At the time of this write-up, it was hoped that the ice plant could be started early next week with the arena being open to the public around October 8th, 9th or 10th.
