PAGE 8 TERRACE BAY NEWS SEPTEMBER 15, 1976 GOLF NEWS MOORE'S MIXED 2 - On Sunday, September 12th, the Annual Mixed 2 = Ball golf tournament sponsored by Moore's of Terrace Bay was held at the Aguasabon Golf Course. . - Win or lose, all participants enjoyed a good day of golf, sunshine and refreshemnts - not necessarily in that order! Coming out on top and winners of the Moore's Trophy was the partnership of Jean Megraw and Howard Solly by a small margin over runners - up Julie and Dick Rattray. Low Gross went to Audrey and Jim Hara while the couple with the hot putters were Marion Pluta and Ezzy Fox. A special prize went to the husband and wife team who preferred to play in the bush - Marianne and Bill McDougall. All in all, a very enjoyable day passed - no divorces as yet! COMING EVENTS: The Terrace Bay Adult Badminton Club will start on September 2lst.
