The Municipal Commercial Mill Rate increas- ed by 1.716.milis. ; The Municipal Residential Mill Rate in- creased. by. 1.459 mills. Municipal property taxes will increase by $14.59 over 1975 taxes on a residential assessment of $10,000. and by $17.51 on a residential assessment of $12,000. As soon as the Education mill rates are received tax bills will be printed with an anticipated date for payment of first in- stalment of June 28, 1976.
