I -- © A ee SE SEE URLING OMMENTS At the time of this write up, details con- cerning the operation of the Terrace Bay Mens Curling Club were not available as the Semi- Annual meeting was hetd last evening, October 15th. Be sure to watch next weeks News for full details on the operation of the 75 - 76 sea- son. The executive is pleased to announce that an "Opening Mixed Bonspiel" will definitely be held on November lst and 2nd. In addition, plans are being made to conduct a Curling cl- inic during the week of November 3rd to 7th. This clinic will be open to anyone interested and will deal with the different aspects of this popular winter sport, such as rules, et- iquette, delivery, sweeping, strategy etc. Details on the Clinic will be announced at a later date. ) An attempt will be made to get the Mixed Curling League underway as soon as possible in November. ; All in all it Jocks like the .75 - 76 sea= son will be a busy one so be sure to register to curl as soon as you can. ; | ¥ STORK CLUB Born to Mr. and Mrs. Robert McParland of Schreiber, a boy on October 9th.
