August 8th - police were kept busy with a series of damage complaints to store windows, business signs and street signs. A total of five such occurrences were investigated and to date three persons have been charged. Inves= tigations are continuing into the remainder of these offences. August 9th - A Break, place at the Golf Club, with very little being stolen. Also on this date two local residents were charged with impaired driving. One of which was also charged with having open liqu- or in his vehicle.
